Dhanushkodi was a small town on the southern tip of the Rameshwaram island. It was a populated town with temples, churches, markets, hospitals, and even its own railway station. Until that fateful day in 1964 after which it ceased to exist.

Since yesterday I’ve been having a whale of a time on facebook. I happened to notice soft copied of photos of my schooling days on my PC and I had a hard time keeping my laughter in check seeing how I and the rest of my friends used to look back then. I updated a couple of statuses and soon people were all over me asking me to share the pics with them.
