Quite a funny and obvious blooper in the movie, although I don’t really understand how it came to be.
Between 20mins and 30mins into the movie there are two scenes that happens. As a background, the lead actor is unable to drive nail into the walls of the Puja room and he sends over a technicial with a drill gun, from his construction site to drill some holes into the wall.

What do I really want to and love to do and why I am not doing that?
The previous post was about the speech made by Steve Jobs. As I said, I have been thoroughly inspired by that speech and before I lose that inspiration to procrastination, I decided that I will concentrate on what are the things that I like to do, in no specific order. Maybe I can also use this to contemplate why I am not doing what it is that I like to do.

I had seen this video long back and it was very inspirational to be back then. Yesterday, a colleague forwarded me link to the speech given by a Google employee Marissa Mayer as the commencement address in the Illinois Institue of Technology. I don’t know what position this lady holds in Google, but I understood from the speech that she was among the first few employees in Google.

The match immediately after I made a scathing attack on the Bangalore team turned their fortunes and brought out the best in their players and they are looking a much more formidable team.
For one, Ross Taylor has hit some form and is playing beautifully. That guy is really powerful and has a great temperment. He [...]

Face it, the only reason why the Chennai Superkings are still alive in this IPL is because of their batting performance. And much of that batting has come from the blade of Matthew Hayden’s bat. Otherwise the batting has been average to good but nothing better. They have just managed to be lucky and have [...]

I wasn’t keeping well, so I had been to a clinic. Now there are two new clinics runs by reputed chains in my area and I at first thought I will go and consult there. The first was the Apollo Clinic. As usual, the set up and the clinic was very nice and inviting and I stepped in to check if the GP was available. Fortunately the GP wasnt around and I went around walking to the other clinic which was run by the Manipal chain.

I bought my first camera sometime during May 2005. At that time, when I was thinking about buying my cam, I had done a lot of research on dpreview and I had all but settled on HP’s camera, the HP Photosmart R707. At that time this was what I thought was the best compact camera around in the market.

Being from Bangalore, I am extremely disappointed with the way that Bangalore have been performing in the IPL. Not just this season, but last season as well. In fact the last season the team was a lost cause thanks to the amazingly stupid team selection. However this season they did show some promise and I [...]

Of late I am getting extremely irritated by the childish and snobbish behaviour of various players in the Indian cricket team. They keep abusing and hurling expletives at various players, including those of their own team and not just the opposing team.
And its not that this is a form of sledging that various players indulge [...]
