… Is one of my most commonly used words. Some say that it doesnt make any sense while there are a few who find it funny to use the word, but now I have an answer to those critics who refuse to accept the true meaning of this word/phrase. The phrase ‘same difference’ has been used in the appropriate sense in the latest Harry Potter book.
On being told that if harry had paid attention in Snape’s class then he neednt have read the Half Blood Princes book to know about the bezoar, Rons says its the same difference.
Ah… Cant wait to see the look on peoples faces in office when I make them eat their own words.

I use this phrase too and its perfectly valid. It is an Oxymoron.
its a sooper phrase. One has imbecilic intelligence if he doesnt not understand what same difference means.
Yep, its just that many don’t realise when they use similar phrases. The common ones are “only choice”, “small crowd”, “pretty ugly”, “new tradition”, “detailed summary”, “found missing”, “alone together”, “second best”, “open secret” etc.
May be you should point them out when then use such phrases
